input swap problems?

I had this in another section but haven't got any help on my problem so I'm hoping somebody in here can help, I'm getting ready to start on my fummins conversion but I'm wanting to run my ford 273 case behind my nv4500, ive already split the ford 273 apart and tried to put my dodge 29 spline input in but the od of the dodge input is smaller than the id of the ford bearing and when i mic'd it and called a bearing supplier they said a bearing of that size doesn't exist, so what are you guys running with the nv4500 to put a ford 273 behind it? as this is my only major setback at the moment i really need to figure this out.

at the moment my only option is machine a bushing and run the dodge bearing, because everybody ive talked to said theirs dropped right in with no special bearing or anything needed and nobody can seem to give me an answer on my problem. so has anybody else had this problem?

Thanks in advance,
Dustin

Sure you have a 271/273 dodge input and not a 241 input? Was your 273 31 or 24 spline to start with?

241's come in many flavors. thusly the inputs come in 2 different diameters .630 and .940 iirc.
