Help 4R100 keeps breaking Suncoast Billet intermediate shaft ??

I have a friend with a 04.5 Dodge crew cab dually 4x4 with a shortened length and on a diet it has a full built race motor dual cp3, 67mm and 104mm twins, dragonfly injectors and every part that industrial sells. he's got a 4r100 behind it b/c it use to be a 6speed, an atlas II transfer case and a gear vendor. The tranny has every part currently made for it that he can find and he owns a transmission shop down here. Does anyone make a larger diameter intermediate shaft or something stronger than the one suncoast sells. If anyone knows of any transmission parts that are stronger than suncoast can you please post it b/c he will spend the money if it increases the durability.

thanks

Nick

bringing up Georend in another vendors forum was pretty uncool there Laser.

These are the biggest and like strongest on the market and Garmon does sell them.
