Got the Nav lights mounted on the hand rails. Mounted the Tv mounted for Movie night with the wife but the kids were enjoying some cartoons in the shop. we had like 5-6 inches of snow and riding in the gator but that damn wind was so cold the wife suggested cardboard doors since the gator does have heat. and they weren't $3k (John Deere's prices)

Looks good, Chase. You have a beautiful family. Movie nights in the loft are going to be warm in the summer.

Thank you Sir
Yea thats what fans are for

I got the navigational lights wired up and working. I also pulled da 100amp service panel to the other side of the shop so it would be easier to supply that side of the shop with power. Also added power to another flood light between the shop doors outside.

Shop is looking great! I really like the navigation lights given your occupation. You probably already know this but there are boxes with knockouts made for corrugated metal siding. I can’t remember where I bought mine but here is what I’m talking about. https://hubbellcdn.com/ohwassets/HCI...ure/RA-420.pdf

Thank you I have had them for probably about 5 years now just couldn't figure where I wanted them placed. Next to figure out is where i want to put the pistons and connecting rod from the ship
I have not seen them before. It would have been nice before I spent a small fortune on electrical parts.

Here is another pic of the nav lights.
I have been wanting a newer lathe similar to the one I use at work. Also one that was tighter and I could use to cut threads with. Not to mention having a independent 4 jaw chuck so out with the summit lathe and in with the jet. Shelby autographed the olde one when is was against the shop wall I found this signature after I moved it.

The new lathe came with almost everything Except a bigger quick change tool post. So I machine my old one to fit the new one. Then got it all setup in its new home.

There is something slightly therapeutic about doing your own electrical work.

Nice score on the Jet lathe. IF you ever have the change to use a Emco tool room lathe, do it. They are very accurate and tight for their size. I'm always on the hunt for a decent one. My old LaBlonde is just a rough out lathe.

Only takes 1/10th of an amp to kill ya. Working with 4/0 isn't any different than working a light switch in the house hot. Just bigger sparks when it hits the can. Unless you get across both hot legs of the 4/0. 240 VAC hits way harder.

Yeah I get it man, there's ways around shit though. I'm sure Jory coulda gave you an idea on a work around to getting your power off without permits, or post it up on here shit. That's a big fuse out on that pole, by the time that thing pops you'll be burnt up and we won't have nobody to fuck with on here anymore.
