Push Button/Remote Start/Proximity Fob

Has anyone tackled this?

I like how the new trucks have a proximity key, push button start, and remote starting.

I did find this module, that lets you click your lock button three times to start, but I have read reviews that it doesn't get along with diesels in the cold very well (doesn't give time to use the grid heater, and doesn't crank long enough, or cranks too long).

Then I found a thread where this guy seemed to get a Toyota proximity setup to work, but really gave no details other than he went to three shops before one of them could figure it out. It also sounds like it was pretty expensive and he had to drill the hole bigger in his dash.
Push Button Start Finally Installed! Check this out

Anyways, just seeing if there's a good solution to carry just one thing in my pocket and have it start my truck as well as remote start my truck.
