I switched to 3M blue masking tape now... it seals even better! I've even patented the procedure for 'weld-through' masking tape.

let us know how it works brandon ! seems i might be doing the entire truck in that method i get it running for a week then something else goes wrong. have to keep a case of that tape in the truck at the rate mine is breaking down

it's got to be over 700hp. on the street it works great. spools fast with the AFC set i have got know.

I cant keep up with you guys, im done at my lil 602, after driving Tims 3rd gen with its 1st round of mods I realize I need one really bad or a lil nitrous from Dyno tune.

You know those little ones are holding me back. Ive discovered I have exhaust gas passing by the secondary getting into the compressor housing, so they gotta come out anyways.

I have an addon to this question, Would a 64/14 over an S400 be better than an 62/14 over S480?

I just installed a 62/71/13 over a S480 on a '06 last week. It started making boost at 1300rpms and was getting with it about 1700. A 64 will make more power at the expense of spool up.

Nathan what turbos are you running on your 04.5? Did you choose overall power at the expense of spoolup or a best of both worlds pair?
