2nd gen roll cage options?

I need to build, or buy a cage for my truck this winter.

Can someone tell me what is required to get a cert down to say, 10.00?

I'd like to have a cage that I can still live around, and that I can keep a stock-ish dash.

in what way does the cage itself need to connect to the frame under the cab?
 
I am doing a 6pt right now on my truck. Built the outriggers for the main hoop of 3x4 rectangle tube around the center body mounts. I have pics on my phone but can't post them. If yoy would like pm me your number and ill send pics.
