Is it the throttle cable or the cruise cable that has adjustment to it at the bracket? Can't remember.......

Zip ties are great. In the old days we used something a bit stiffer. Had to be twisted somewhat.
Am I telling my age here???

When I broke a throttle cable on my old 1996 I hauled cars with, I made a solid core of BALING WIRE to replace the broken cable.
It lasted 3 more months and 20k miles, when I junked out the truck.

ALL HAIL!! LONG LIVE BALING WIRE!!!

Mark.
