Showfest 2006, May 20-21

Anybody going to make it to my home town (Greenville, MS) for this? It is supposed to be one of the biggest car/truck shows in the country. Lots of cool rides, from 2F2F types to streetable drag cars. Even if you don't come for the show, the party and street cruising afterwards has to be seen to be believed. It's not a diesel event, just a huge custom car and truck show. If you are going to try and make it let me know, I can give you a few pointers.

I tried to go last year but wasn't able to. This year I don't think I want to due to all that went on last year. I heard there was a lot of trouble with some people that came and started some crap and soem trucks got damaged. I would love to go and show my truck though and see some trucks from the West Coast.

They will be there fo' sho', you have to remember there are about 30k folks that show up, you are going to get some bad apples regretfully.
