2004 is it's own baby.
Are you needing the actual TRANSMISSION harness, or the C2 harness from the ECM?
Either one has nothing to do with the APPS.
That's either in the firewall harness (manual trans), or the C1 harness (automatic trans), off of the ECM.

It it's the TRANSMISSION harness, I believe I have your harness.
Got a tag/part number?

I thought some 05s had same harness if it had apps under the hood.

I need the transmission harness that runs up to firewall. With a manual transfer case. No part number as truck has mismatched wiring harnesses all through it. Previous rebuilt auction truck. It's a mess.

2005 is pedal mounted APPS only.
2004 has either the head APPS, or the one under the battery tray.
It's all irrelevant, because the harnesses are year specific.

I have a 2004 with auto and manual shift t-case, $80 SHIPPED.
