Which shock ??

I have an 06 4x4 QCSB and want to build for street and strip.

Going to add caltracs and remove a leaf.

From my research I am seeing QA1s and bilstein 5100s

What about these king 2.0 shocks ?

I would like to lower the rear to level the truck as well. Is there a drop shackle available ?

If you're going cheap like the Bilstein route, might as well go with Rancho 9000's that are adjustable. For street / strip I'd go Rancho if not spending the coin on QA1s.

I'm going to try those shackles. That hadn't crossed my mind to look for yet.

I couldn't tell ya the part numbers for a factory height truck. If you pm me I can get you in touch with a good source for afco parts.

Someone on Instagram was putting a set of afco coil over shocks in their 3rd gen and they used P/N 3850 double adjustable or 3855 single. Supposedly those fit in the factory spring bucket with shock tower delete plates and it will lower the truck a little.

Those King 2.0s are tuned to be soft, way too soft for the strip. You want something with more control.
