From his postings, it appears to be a 2006 5.9.
The top number is confusing to me, because on Mopar Parts Giant, it shows to be for 2006-2009 and I know darned well a 5.9 didn't go beyond 2007 in a Dodge.
Cummins numbers work better for the C1-C2 plug, as the harnesses are usually tagged with Cummins numbers.
If the ECM and harnesses are the same ones from the same truck, I think you can find what you need off quickserve for Cummins numbers, using the ESN off the ECM, but it'll be engine side only, no TIPM/Headlight harness.
At any rate, I am sure I'd have it all, just need the correct years and Cummins numbers on the ECM harnesses.
