Starter is blowing fuses

So truck ran a new best tonight, then starter started blowing the 30a main fuse under the hood. Still jumps with screwdriver though.

I still don't know crap about starters, so could someone enlighten me as to what this could indicate?

I had someone on the brakes. I had to get it started, couldn't leave it at the track.

Stupid fix, solenoid wire grommet fell out so wire was contacting body. It must have just been a little loose last night, but today it was completely free just swinging. i could have made two more passes damn it.
