Banning
I just witnessed a banning first hand. Even though it was as a joke,
I must say it was exhilarating.
I propose "Ban a member Fridays". A thread should be started every Friday, and submissions posted for review.
One member must go every Friday. The threads, or thread could be used for public service/ New members could be directed to the BAMF thread for educational purposes.

I like this idea.. Each Monday we start a Poll with 3 Members....The member with the most Votes on Friday Gets banned for 24 Hours...But that member gets to choose one person to be put on the next Ballot.
The Member can only be banned once.
