For those of you who wonder if it is your computer that is slow or the servers you are trying to connect to, goto www.speedtest.net. Let the page load and then click on the recommended server they suggested. It will show you what your maximum download speed is at the time of the test. This will tell you when your threads take for ever to load if it is you or the Comp D server. Most of the time, it is YOU! We have a partial T1 here at work and the most I have seen is 1.2M. That is really sad. The upload test doesn't always work but that may be our firewall.

Ours is about 1.4M until everyone gets to work and then the bandwidth goes to the crapper! It just said 332 a minute ago! God I miss my cable modem!
