Need some suggestions!! fueling help. 03 cummins

hey guys im new to CompD. i have an 03 cummins all mods are in my signature and when i do boosted launches i get a rail pop i think or a backfire. havent watched my rail pressure gauge when launching but i dont think my 35% over pump is keeping up with my big injectors, what does everyone think either go with an 85 over single pump or should i run duals??

It'll take more than 120% to keep up with that. Why so big?

Check smarty settings. Our years trucks will pop on certain levels. I only run the odd numbers/levels and popping goes away.

Stock duals is what you want IMO look at it this way.... a all stock truck from the factory will last a lot longer then one that has 700hp so once you mess with stroke and what not of the cp3 it will not last as long as a sstock one or in that matter the only time i see a bigger than stock cp3 necessary is when there is a class requirement to.meet or simply you need 2 really big pumps for a drag truck of puller any street truck will have length of power with just 2 stock.ones! Your 35% over does carry enough rail pressure for my 100hp injectors yet alone 250hp injectors hope this helps
