Who's the best tuner for cummins?
So I've been told I should have the truck tuned, also been told there is no one in Michigan I should let tune it? Not sure if that's true or not yet so looking for some input, is there anyone good with cummins in Michigan? If not where is my next closest option that are good with these trucks? Mine runs great but is getting too much fuel right now

Do a search on here for AFC tuning, it's a thread by smokem. It's easier than you think and he outlines everything necessary to dial them in.

a 13mm pump with 6x20s?! I am no tuning expert but something tells me that is a bit much injector and pump for a 66/88 twin setup if you are street driving it.

Exactly what I was thinking way to much fuel for the air you're moving.

But makes 1000 on fuel, I don't think I would change that combo up to much.

More Air + Current Fuel Combo = More HP.

Down sizing your delivery valves would be an easy and cheap option, especially if its running full cuts.

Ok yea I will look into that, I'm good at working on things but just haven't done a lot of tuning on anything besides bikes abd some carb'd hot rods, but I'll look that up and see what they say, as I said the truck runs awsome, it's a big smokey monster but runs great and they don't care about the smoke here yet, but if U don't roll into and just stomp on it a lot of times it will fall on its face cuz it over fuels, if U roll onto it then stomp it it takes off like a rocket, and another reason im looking into tuning is cuz 2 (one being the guy who built it other being a guy tht had seen the truck dyno twice) said the truck will run better and may actually make more power with a little less fuel

First, we use proper English here, not whatever in the hell you posted earlier.
Second, I think this is the one they are talking about.

As in a scheid adjustable plate? Somebody correct me if I am wrong but those still eliminate the AFC do they not? If so there isn't much on the tuning side you will be able to do for eliminating smoke. You need a functioning AFC and a ton of time if you plan to tune the smoke out of a 13mm ppumped street truck running 6x20s and a 66mm secondary turbo.

Alright cool, and yea I'm not exactly sure who the adjustable plate is from, I was told it goes from 400-1100cc and is at 700 now, and the smoke I could care less about, as I said in Michigan thats not a problem, but I would like to be able to wot it without it flooding and Fallin on its face, if you roll into it then wot it's perfectly fine and rips, obviously smokes like a locomotive but that's fine, shoot for all I know that's mormal and it doesn't need tuning, I was just told by builder and another guy that it's over fueling

You don't have an AFC. If you want floor it without flooding it you need an AFC.

I have an AFC on my 13mm pump, I didn't do the tuning since Certified Injection set it up differently when it got converted to a 13mm, but it is set just about as perfect as it can get for my 75mm single, pre-boost is backed all the way out to avoid over fueling before boost is built and the fuel plate is slid all the bay back. Granted I still roll into it anytime I don't have sufficient boost built up, but it runs and drives very nice for a 13mm capable of 800 cc with comp cuts.

I'm not sure why there wouldn't be an AFC. It was in there when I had it. Idk if the next guy removed it but when I had it and drove it on the street it drove really good and wasn't smoky.
