Was this in a daily driver truck? Are the clutches upgraded? Can anything be done to guarantee the quality of the item considering the negative feedback?

Yes it was in a daily driver, and it has the upgraded clutch's. If you buy this trans and it's not what I tell you it is send it back in the same shape I sent it to you in and I will return your money!!!!
