Putting a smaller radiator in my pulling truck and was wonder since not running a thermostat. Does it matter if the radiator cap is a little lower then the highest point?

Itll make it hard to fill and bleed the air from the system I would think.. are you running stock pump, elec pump, or an external pump to flow the coolant?
