im building 12 valve with a 13mm pump with scheids quick fuel cam. 5x18 injectors, the head is ported and im going to use a big stick or haisley cam. im going to sled pull but try to still drive on the street. i was originally going to use a custom built s300 and a ht3b. but now im seeing guys use s400s as singles am i behind in tech ??? should i be using a s400 on top and something else on the bottom???

It depends on what class you want to run it in. Twins usually put you in the modified class depending on the organization you pull in. You can still go on the street with a 2.6 (66mm) class pickup. With that much fuel, a P&P head and a cam you will spool it alright. A Silver Bullet, S366, or 66mm S400 all fall into this category.
