my buddy spent 2 years building his origanal ss impalla with only 65k on the clock into was was supposed to go after the altime lt1 record.. but by the time and money went its now sitting in his garage.. basically 95% complete roller, from the two way adjustable struts and mark williams complete brake to brake with two 3rd members.
anyway this car is the nicest if have ever seen and everything was done right. it was certed 23 whatever.. he is going to let it go for 12k.. there is more than double that in labor in this car not including parts.. it would be perfect for someone that likes chevys and put a durmax in it.. would wieght around 2800lbs done..

the body is all steal, the front end, doors and rear decklid still need paint. the frame is powder coated.

i hope one of you guys gets this thing.. i hope it ends up a diesel.. the guy thats selling it lost interest because he got into diesels from me.. lol. he had a chevy heavy one ton with a cummins b and a 13 sp and soon to be an isl, also built a 53 gmc rat truck with a 453 detroit and a 5sp/3sp browny..

Too bad. He should throw the diesel in that thing! Here's mine:

Mines a big block and weighs 4550 with me in it. He should be able to stick the diesel in it no prob. I considered it with mine. He'll need a tall cowl hood, but it's something I'd love to see done. I considered it on mine, but want something lighter. I don't have the heart to cut that car up. Still has all power windows and locks.
