What secondary would spool the best, but still be large enough to keep the egts and drive psi in check and be able to make 900+ on fuel in combination with an s480 with a race cover? 64/71/14, 64/74/14, 66/71/14 or 66/74/14?

This is going on an 06 cummins, 65lpm nozzles and killer B cam.

Let me know what you guys think would be enough.

We have a customer we just finished with.....truck made 962rwhp with no problems with a 66/74 T4 and BW400-82mm. Setup spooled awesome, and for the price its hard to beat.

How many lbs/min does a 82 flow?

I am seriously considering twins on my 03, I love my single but I dont plan to sled pull this truck much at all once the 2.6 truck is done.

Dr. Turbo- Can you tell us alittle more about this setup, "streetability" etc etc.

With the right fuel and tune its pretty sweet. No worse then a S300 with a BW400-80. The 80 and 82 spool virtually the same.

We are trying an S400-82 with a 92mm turbine setup next on a truck....we'll see how that setup performs. I suspect better spooling and just as good power with a T6 and 1.25A/R housing. Should have TONS of mid-range power with that turbine combo.

Awesome, currently I have a set of flux 4's in my 03, with a wicked dragon slayer cp3, cam etc etc.

Does this sound like the right supporting mods for a setup afore mentioned?

That sounds like a sweet combo!

You got quite the fuel, cam...etc. So sounds like you wouldn't have any issues at all. The setup would make great power.

Flux 5 and 64/65/13 over a 488 does that kinda power fuel only just fine....and tows weekly to boot.

Make sure all you other supporting fuel and air mods are up to snuff though.

I would really like to know how it does, as I am considering a S480/92/1.25 as well...just need more convincing that it is the right move. (Have a 66/71/.80 over an S480/96/1.32 now.)
