Non Variable Geometry Turbo
Alright Guys, I know alot about the old stuff, now starting to get into the new stuff. Can anyone tell me what it takes to use a NON variable geomtry turbo on the 6.7L's? Will EFI live or an H&S turner take care of that?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Running H&S or similar software will allow you to run a fixed vane turbo, but you need to block off the coolant ports for the VGT and cap the wiring harness with a Shibby turbo upgrade plug set.

I'm running smarty . Industrial injection makes a turbo kit with the plugs you need . My sb66 came with what I needed. Except the foolers looks like what's in the picture. I don't have them and my truck runs fine with no codes. I just orders it for the 6.7 and it comes with what u need.

Those are just dummy plugs to keep the connections clean for the rainy day you choose to go back stock. lol
