My 12 Valve Fuel System Upgrade

Just finished up this week & had request for pics so here you go.I used to have the factory Super Duty electric pump feeding the mecanical Cummins lift pump after being regulated down to 45psi.Went to a FASS 200@48 lbs at the pump & turned down at the injector pump to 32psi is the lowest my regulator would go.I put the 2 micron filter on it & is the only 2 filters used.Ran #10 5/8" from the siphon tube to the injector pump. The biggest size 14mm fitting they make was #8 1/2" so that was the inlet on the pump.A banjo fitting with a #6 3/8" was the return hooked into the regulator to adjust fuel pressure.A vibralock fitting was used on the small injector return line with a T into the 3/8" return.I used a Inderly ball 3 port shut off valve in case of emergency but still working on hooking the cable to it.I am not at this time hooking the return to the valve. It is just caped off.It is there so if you shut it off it can return not to dead head the pump.It must have wanted more fuel cause it would run 1580* egt before with the #50 water injection jet I have & now 1770*.Needed more fuel! Boost at 97 now 94 before. I also deleted the factory mechanical pump & filter which was causing the famous "Ticking" that so many ask about.
Well I tried but it told me the size was too big for this forum size limits?
They will be in my web shots.

Where did you mount your FASS and did you do any mods to the factory Ford pickup in the tank? I'm doing the same thing you just did.

It was the FASS for the Rord which mounts to the emergency cable frame bracket. The 5/8" siphon was done January this year already.

It is what happens to a Ford when you are tired after being in the sun for 6 hours!
The #10 5/8" siphon kit comes from David at Diesel Innovations.
