Cruise control issues

A while back I swapped from an auto to a manual then recently back to an auto. I do not have the neutral safety switch hooked up to the transmission. It's a MVB 47rh. Tps is hooked up, lockup and overdrive are in a circuit of their own. What all has to be wired to the computer in order for cruise to work because mine does not.
Thanks

Servo under drivers batt commonly gets battery acid on it and fails (they're a common part on most Jeeps and Dodge trucks from like 91-97).
Brake light switch is actually three circuits in one (lights, TC, and Cruise stop).
PCM
Clock spring (what's currently wrong with mine)
Cruise buttons on the steering wheel
Wiring harness.

The service manual will help you to problem solve by checking continuity at all components.

Thanks for the reply, I'll look into some of the things mentioned.
