I had a Paxton blown 347 stroker '88 T-Bird too....does that count ?

That car surprised more than a few Camaro's and T/A's in it's day.

ahhhh yes novi's car...seen it a few times in person, he is local to me. love that sleeper.

Some guys that know him from the NMRA were telling me a year or two ago he didnt own a truck and trailer...he drove 2-3 hours in that car with radio and A/C to Atco, NJ and won his NMRA class with low 9 second passes. when they gave him his 5' tall trophy they told him to pull his trailer over and they would load it...he told them he didnt bring a trailer...got his tools out of the trunk and took the trophy apart so it would fit.

He also went to the track one weekend and broke all 5 wheel studs on a rear wheel on the launch. the tires made a full 1/4 mile pass and then some and ended up in the woods. his car kissed the wall then was towed off to the pits. he pulled out his tools and spare parts...put 5 new studs in it, found his tire, and then drove the car home.

its the real deal for sure

My favorite Mustang after 1980 would have to be the notchbacks... That one you posted above is sweet.
