Injector questions. Not buzzing on the pop off tester. - Competition Diesel.Com

Hello Don.
I have the 7's you made for my truck out and decided to see where the pop offs were from when I had them checked a year and a half ago. The first one I checked didn't feel right. Instead of buzzing and making a fine mist when it popped, i just shoots a small stream out each orifice. The second one i tried seemed fine. The 3rd one was like the first. I was trying to keep from sending them back to you because i know how busy you've been. This is the first set of 24V injectors I've tested so it's probably something I'm doing wrong. I am using the Bosch adapter. Pm me if you get a chance.

Yep. I'm an idiot. Well, blind anyway. The connector tube is going flush against the little filter in the adapter restricting the flow. I filed about .015 off the end of the connector and they are all fine. My humblest apologies for this post. Note to self, trust Don, double check Bosch.
