Heres what i have, its a 1999 dodge 2500 long bed with a 24v cummins. It has got some mods done already, like head studs, damper, r700 twins full exhuast, hotrod vp44, 6x16 injectors by industrail, stacked smarty with edge cts and a tial blow off valve, and a fully built trans. The hp rang iam looking to be at is 800.

Now my question is. I want to p-pump the truck and i have someone to bo it and test it after the build, but i have no clue on what to do to the pump. We can make it a 13mm or a 12mm just let me know what u guys think is best. I do know i wont be running anymore thin 4000rpm's.

1) timing
2) fuel lines sizes
3) transfer tubes mods
4) all pump mods
5) 12mm or 13mm pump

Lots of info in here about it read up and soak some knowledge in. Look in the competition section about the guy that built a mud drag druck it might help out some too.

His name is jeff and he's from pinellas diesel. he is a certified bosch mechanic, and he has all the bosch certified pump testing equipment needed to test the boss injection pumps.

need help building a p7100

I have a certified bosch diesel mechanic with all the flow testing machines that is fully capable testing the p-pump all rpm range. I have a 99 dodge 24 valve, I am looking to get 800 horsepower out of the p-pump, the truck as a fully built transmission automatic, what are all the mods I need to do to the p-pump to produce 800 horsepower of fuel. The truck now has a set of our r700 twin turbos,

What hp pump?

Mod the AFC for full travel. Rack the barrels. Install sdx comp dvs.

Or send it to a pump shop for a few hundreds.

your going to get told to search, your also going to need a good combo, your turbos are going to make it harder to get to your goal of 800 considering the t4 475 is your big turbo, if your pump guy is at all good then tell him anything over 650cc is going to be what you need.. if he has a clue he will know what to do with either 12 or 13mm pumps.. otherwise this is all like pissing up a pole... i hope your ready for this

650cc at what rpm? What should the cc's start at 1000 rpms and what should it end at? Thanks for your help.

Here's a picture of the mud truck on building.

Well, if it is free then go with a 13mm. That is a no brainer.

Here's a few more pictures.

I know that, but I'm guessing Polk county area. Truck looks semi familiar. But then again most every white Dodge on r2's looks the same. Lol
On edit, with those pictures, Im pretty sure I haven't seen it. What events do you frequent?
