Here is the start of our 3rd gen bumper. We are going to do a step in the center of the bumper for easy access to working on the trucks. A Glimpse at the 3rd Gen bumper in cardboard layout...

Here is a glimpse of the new 3rd gen bumper. This one has a step built in to the bumper for easy access to your engine or cleaning your hood. We can do any logo in the back panel that you wish. Also, the slots can be taken out if you don't like them. We have taken the advice of customers and made the tops of the bumpers flat and we also have a 45* angle at the upper lip that carries the length of the bumper. Give me some feedback here guys. What ya think?

actually, that looks really sweet. couple more pics, the inclusion of a baja hoop and a price and you may have your first buyer here. it looks similar to the road rhino, but different enough to really achieve that custom look. please pm me with the details.
 
PM sent. I had to make a few changes to the design to achieve the right contour. The look was just not right on the truck. I will have pics up soon. We are almost done with the design and prototype.
 
I snapped a few pics while we fitted the brackets on the bumper. It is off center in the pics, but good enough for a rough idea what you are looking at.

Looking good keep up the good work. Excited to see what it would look like with some sort of grille guard. Now before you said there wouldn't be room for a winch with the step in there right? But would you be able to incorporate a receiver in the bumper without interfering with the step? Also some d rings on the side for hooking up a chain or the like. Also maybe a package deal to sell some led fogs with or something. Things are looking great. Btw I finally got my traction bars on. So far they're working pretty good.

Thanks! We can definately do a reciever. No problem at all. All of our bumpers get D rings. The 3rd gen bumpers will be set up so that the factory fogs and factory plastic fog bezel will attach to the bumper just like stock.

Finally have the 3g bumper done. I'll be adding the light guards this week. We made the factory fog lights work in this bumper and incorporated the factory plastic bezel as well. Here are a few pics I snapped.

Thanks. 03 is coming soon. We are now gonna make some minor adjustments to the 2g rear bumper to fit the 3g.
