Y does everyone hate p pump first gens???

I always thought VE guys were pretty nice people. They tend to be do-it-yourselfer's and are some of the most knowledgeable diesel people I've met. I'm not a fan of the pumps, but the people that own them are good.

I have never met any ve guy that was a douche. Some were a little secretive but once you started talking with them they opened up and helped you out greatly!

Hehe... wait till next time! I just racked my D/V's holders a couple nights ago and I'm pickin up some secret squirrel D/V's out of a john deere today from Justin to try out. :)

Oh, they are out there. Usually seems to be the "kids" with their first truck. They want to know how to make lots of smoke cause it's cool.

kim's truck was pretty impressive. I wouldn't of looked twice if it had a p pump.

its kinda like people that love the old BSA/Triumph motorcycles from the 50's and 60's. just to keep the cycle running you had to have a bag of tools at every stop checking the hardware and never being able to fix ALL of the oil leaks. but there commuter bike is a BMW.

And that's how I feel about. I'm not serious about this diesel record breaking stuff. I find it fun to see what I can accidentally get out of this ve setup. When I beat John the last time we both got a laugh out of it. His p pump was mine at one time. I am just too god damn lazy to do the swap.

One day I'll do it right an buy a nice second gen truck. And it won't be a record breaks ether.

I've met one. Textbook definition of a doucher.

For the other 100, give or take, all great folks. The vast majority is the reason I haven't looked for a truck that rode better and could safely haul more.
