Twins suck! time for single.

Ok I know twins dont really suck but in my case they do! I just cant figure out why my spool-up is so slow and hp numbers are pretty low! Anyways I would love to get a nice set of twins but I think for right now Im going with a HTT 62/71/13ss what do yall think? I have heard good and not much bad on the turbo. I would like to be over 500 after the turbo swap. Is it going to happend? I want to get bigger injectors later and make the 62 a top turbo for a big twin setup later so I thought thi smight be a good turbo for now? Anybody suggest something else? Thanks a ton any suggestions would be great.

You may have a weak injection pump. That combo should lay down over 500. My buddy ran the 35/s400 with tst/smarty and jammer 5 and did over 500 withab ho pump.

Its called tuning. It sounds like you just slapped this stuff on and hopped for big #'s.
Well I have done tuning the best I can and help can and everytime We seem to get it right it is good for one run and then everything sucks again!

Pretty much new injection pump. Also new apps thought of those and didnt help.

Getcha some more gooder injectors. Where is the 35 wastegated at?

It has a tial external wastegate and it wastegated at 45psi. Im bout to get studs and orings then I can turn a little more boost.

Those numbers do seem pretty low... my Hx40 and 60hp injectors netted me 436hp. Your twins and Jammer 5's should be 500

Edge juice w/ att, 62/12, jammer 5's, HRVP, netted me several pulls above 500hp the highest being 550/1205 on fuel. I've been told an SO pump will make more top end HP I'll let you know back on that soon.

Jammer 5's here. They are smokey and did hurt my mileage about 1 mpg. Mine lope pretty good when the fuel temp gets over 150*F. But they still dump enough fuel for 500 hp.

The 62/65/12 I used to run spooled super fast. Lightning fast. But you could feel the truck kinda choke on the top end. What I lost in spool on the bottom end with the 62/71 I made up for in the top end. The 62/65/12 spooled maybe 50rpm slower than the 35/400 combo I drove. Personally, unless your gonna go for big power, I'd do the single just because it's cheaper and less of a headache. But it all depends on what your using it for. You looking at it for your tow rig?
