Guys I know that the CompD crowd is only a small part of what will be represented at the SDX event, but lets please act like adults. If you want to blow smoke, drag race, hook to somethin, or do a burnout then do it at the track. Drive like you have some freakin sense and lets not terrorize the streets of Terre Haute and turn them into clouds of diesel and tire smoke. There was talk last year of not even having SDX this year. I would hate to see the best sled pulling event of the year (IMO) go down the tubes just because people cant control their Ricky Bobby like urges. Tell your friends.

Agreed. I won't be there but I would love the opportunity to go again in the future. Good luck to everyone who competes.
 
Agreed, if we loose another diesel event because of a bunch irresponsible, drunk AZZholes. Maybe CompD should setup a Smoke and Idiot depression group. See some body doing it drag them out and give them a CompD beat down
 
Hopefully we wont have any issues with the smoke blowing morons who leave the event acting like dorkbags while the competitors, who just put on the show are loading up. From what I understand, the security at the fairgrounds will not put up with foolishness, so make sure to tell any goofwads you see that if they act up, they will get free silver bracelets and a free room for the night.

Man Scheids is such a great event. Lets hope everyone keeps there head screwed on straight.
 
It starts with "policing" our own.....if you see someone doing something stupid....let them know it!
 
I looked at the ad and and it looked good then I saw Sunday where TS still lives by the OUTLAW name. How you want people to act right when you say its an OUTLAW EVENT.

I hope the OUTLAWS show up like wild Hells Angels to fully satisfy TS name choice. There can be no peace while stupid names are chosen for events

Seriouly??? The problem isn't usually the serious competitors that show up its the street class and people that show up with 24v dodges and 7.3 fords that have a chip and think they are badaZZ by blowing smoke on everyone cause they think they are cool for haveing a diesel like all the competitors. The name of the event has nothing to do with it. By your reasoning we should of been worried about people hill climbing up the mountain at diesels on the mountain at the beginning of this month. What an idiot.

I hope this event goes well and isn't a repeat of TS. I am just starting to get into diesel racing and would really like to go to more events next year and years to come.
 
Ahh. So tell the POPO it will only be 24Vs and 7.3s. That will drastically reduce the amount of time they will need to be looking since they only have to watch after a select few trucks.(compared to all the trucks there of course).

That is as stupid as sayin that the way kids act these days is because of TV. If you are going to act like an idot you should take the blame for being one and not blame it on someone else! The name attracts outlaws. Thats got to be one of the most ignorant things I have ever herd! People like you should not be able to reproduce! :bang :poke:

I guess a better way to say it is that it is usually lower horsepower trucks that just have a chip. Just around where i'm from thats 24v's and 7.3's. The point is the name has nothing to do with dumbaZZ's showing up to ruin events.
