Drivers side inner fender, does anyone know what this sensor is for? Had a vacuum/boost line running into it that broke off.

Little progress on it. Does anyone know if the radiator core supports are different between gas and diesel trucks? Mine donor one doesn't line up at all. I'll try and post pics of it in a few.
