Looking for input on tuner for 13 3500 with aisin?

Fried turbo bearing on 64/71/14 super phat shaft towing 12k camper out west. Egts were less than 1250. Boost20-33 lbs. truck has Hamilton cam, 75 hp inj, banks intercooler , 5" exhaust, smarty s06, 6 SPd . Question - will larger compressor wheel help? Turbo spinning slower producing same boost?

Has anyone added a programmer to 2013 H.O. 3500? Looking to improve mileage, egt's, and performance. Want to keep the rest stock for now. Using it for towing and long empty trips .

Can you read you latest tune from the smarty, and put it on a different pc ? Then continue with the modifications?

04.5, 64/14 superphat shaft, 90 hp injectors, fass fuel, dd clutch, banks intercooler, banks ram. towing 10 k towed sw5 pod 87 all else default. good egts less than 1250 most of the time. however, injectors are loud. and looking to fine tune for mileage and to quiet injectors...

I 've got s06 tuner. 04.5 6spd manual, duel disk clutch, 90 hp injectors, 64/14 superphat shaft turbo, fass fuel system, banks technicooler and monster intake. towing 10k in rocky's. want good mileage and power with ok egt's. Where should I start and where to adjust????

I tow 10k lbs trailer in western mountains. Have 04.5, 6 spd manual, 64/80 superphat, 90 hp injectors, technicooler, monster ram, fass fuel, numbers we ran last were: LT-15 HT-25,LR-10 HR-25, LD-12 HD-18....ran high egts with uphill 1400+ until down shifting, and sucked fuel, 6-8 mpg...
