it takes a little cranking to get going mostly when its colder (motor cold not colder outside) any ideas?

Got my ED gate put on ,great product. I'm having a little trouble with tuning it. I got the heavier outer spring and the inner spring installed. Drive pressure to the top and boost to the bottom. Even with the boost shut off the gate still seems to open to early. Anyone have some ideas? Has...
when installing the piece into the firewall i have the resivor hose at about 10 oclock and can push it in but cant turn it at all to lock it am i missing something? it is turn clockwise right?
I want to here some oppions on a system for keeping a clutch cool. ie. very small nitrous spray in bell housing, or just compressed air to move the hot air out while the clutch is being slipped.
maybe its not nessesary but i just want to here ideas what you think would or wouldn't work.

with my new setup i hope to be over 500rwhp, my current exhaust is a 3.5 dp to 4" to the back, should i be looking at a larger pipe or don't worry about it
when sled pulling only one front tire spins, is there a LSD or posi that will get both front tires spining while pulling but still be streetable. i drive in some nasty snow in the winter so i still gotta use 4wd there. could i use a air locker in the front?
