i read on this forum some where some one gave the advice for max fuel mileage that the person should remove their 4k spring and replace it with a 3 k spring so it wouldnt fuel as much at lower rpms is this true and how i thought it was just a centrifugal thing then defueled. any answers?
i was reading some place here on the forum and they were going for max mpg with the cummins and some one recommended a 3 k spring not a 4k as it fuels up more at lower rpm. can any one explain this i thought the governor just controlled max fuel/rpm.
