I have a Bosch MW pump that i am trying to turn up. I have gutted the AFC, pulled the plate out of it, and gave the governor springs a couple clicks. It fuels a little harder, but its pretty sad. Any advice? This pump has an automotive style governor, but not the same as a DT466.

Are either of these chargers a holset cartridge? I'm looking at one that has a polished cover, no ID plate, and a wastedgated .7 t3. Measures 64mm compressor inducer and 70-71mm turbine exducer. And a holset cartridge. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be?
