i put a 3gsk on my truck,and over3200 it would cut in and out.so i took out the overflow valve and stetched the spring,then 4000rpms.so i bought a new overflow valve from peirs diesel 55.00.now it cuts in and out again over 3200.i was told timing,but with the spring strtched 4000rpms.so what...

can i plug the extra hole in my pac brake?i have 60lb springs.i plugged the little hole.what about the big one?thanks

i installed a pac brake,and the 60lb springs and it just doesnt slow down like i thought it would.i installed the bolt in the flap.i noticed it has another bigger hole in the flap.what if i plug that hole?or make it smaller?i just thought it would slow down better,i dont know.and yes it does...

i am installing 60 lb valve springs,whats the way to do it.?i am changing all 12.are the exhaust and intake the same?and if they are then is changing them the same way?i dont want to pull the injectors and use the air method.i beleive you just make sure you do the 2 cyl,that match in the firing...

i did the 3gsk it was easy i did it from side.first i dont have calipers so i did it by clicks.when it was done it idled high so i tightened them two clicks.it was higher yet.so i lossended them 6 now its about600.i drove it its a lot better.then i took out the #5tstplate and ground my stock one...

i bought a tst3gsk a few months ago,well now i am gonna put it in.they say go from the top.any secrets i should know?do i really need calipers?or count the clicks?what does count the clicks mean?i read that somewhere.what about the shims?keep them or do away with them?thanks
