    Power steering reservoir O-ring

    Went to change out the little o-ring between the power steering reservoir and pump. Drained the reservoir, removed top screw holding reservoir to pump, backed out bottom mounting screw..... until it contacted the power steering pump pulley and would not come all the way out. Am I overlooking...

    Block Dimensions

    Does anyone know the block deck height for a 5.9? I have searched for a couple hours and can't find the stock height. I found a height for a block that had been decked - 12.715", but I need to know the dimension for a stock/new engine.

    I have 3 isuzu engines out of Thermo King reefer units. Asking $200 each. They do not turn over by hand. I think they are 2.2L 30-35hp. The model number is D201. I will post pics tomorrow.

    Seems like this map is pulling a lot of timing. Do you guys even use this map, or do you just zero it out?

    EGR and Timing

    I'm pretty sure EGR has the effect of retarding timing, so when you delete it should you lower timing around idle a little bit? Stock 5.9 is in the -2* to -4* range, stock 6.7 is +1* (BTDC). I would think, after you delete EGR +1* would be a little much since the 5.9 is -3.
