I have a 05 with a Qaudzilla X2 an i have a rattle at low boost an it quiets a little at higher boost . Jus had the valvetrain all looked at an all was good. any help ideas ?

I have a 05 with intake 4 inch exhaust also have a Quadzilla X2. My question is on stock setting will run 40 psi as i go up on the settings i loss boost on #4 i have 30 psi . Oh its just a 100hp box. Im at 24 k on the rail preasure also . Any help would be greatful .
