I need help with finding 13mm plunger and barrel part #'s.

My 99 24v has stopped running, this is what happened. I have a smarty tunner on the truck and I went to stack a edge and didn't take the smarty out before install. And now the truck is saying no bus where the mileage is and won't fire.

My truck is a mud truck with twins and I was wondering Since Iam not driving at high speeds could I just bypass the intercooler? What would I gain and how much will my egt's get? And would water/meth help if I bypassed the intercooler?

What's the differents in the camplate #'s? And how do you know witch one is the best for your pump?
