okay last friday4/25 the pigtail on my mowin trailer was draggin and drug a hole in some of the wires and it caused the #13 fuse(abs,brake lights) replaced pigtail and fuse fixed right not exactly today abs light starts blinking and blinkers wont turn on checked fuse blown again pretty sure...

Found a 2003 dodge 3500 4x4 6spd has a 176,000 miles and is a bank repo they are asking 13,900 for it is this a good price, I do not know what trim package it has but it has the black piece of plastic across the top of the bumper.
