Never will show symtoms when cold, usually happens after freeway speeds and conditions, but never consistant. Ipr and Icp have about 10,000 on both. Truck has 72,000 any Clue? Not wire chafing on harness, checked and re-checked. Only thing i can think is an injector.

What could be the cuase of oil coming up and out the dip stick. I Just replaced all o rings and crush washers on injectors. It was doing this before i replaced the o rings, i thought it could be getting by the crush washers. What else could it be?

Well After countless hours of trouble shooting replacing parts, the only thing that is left is the stand pipes. I biult a hpo gauge that connects to the check valves, when cranking it shows 0 psi i rempved hpop replaced with new unit (hoping that the pump had some internal failure) Didnt...

Well i replaced the ipr, and put spare icp in. Checked injectors for stuck spool valves. Fuel pressure is good, oil pressure guage on dash is up. I dont belive it is the hpop, so with all ruled out, what else is thier? Ficm? How is it possible to turn the truck off, pull a few injectors...

well i disassembled the passeger side once again. I wanted to see if their was oil coming out of the HPO rail while the truck was being cranked, thier is but i dont know if it has enough pressure to fire the injectors. If the HPOP is to go bad would thier even be oil coming out of the oil rail...

Took two injectors out, disasembled thier spool valve for inspection and cleaning, (ive done this before) reinstalled. I didnt start the truck after installing the injectors, i changed the oil first and now it wont start, usually will take a few minutes of cranking after pulling injectors...

This is an issue when i roll into the throttle around 1500-2000 rpm and about 65-70mph, usally only when in OD, i will slowly roll on it and the truck will shutter (some times very hard) and shake, Feels like putting a six speed in sixth gear at about 5mph and trying to drive. But dosent do it...

were are you guys getting replacment filters for your fass systems, the cross reference that is on thier site for the filters are not carried at the local auto stores, ie auto zone, napa ect.
