Ok my uncle has an 03 4 door 4x4 six speed dually. The common rail lasted him 390k miles and now we are swapping in a 12 valve. We re used the common rails engine mounts and got the engine in the truck but we have a couple things that we were wondering about. How do we need to hook up the power steering? The throttle cable also will needed to be added and we haven't figured out anything on it yet. Any help or tips on the swap would be appreciated
