03+ Stock wheels w/tires

Put new shoes on the Dodge, so I have a full set of stock wheels and tires (75% tread), lugnuts, and cetercaps I would like to get rid of. One tire needs to be plugged or patched, but the other 3 are perfect with good tread left. I'm asking $400 for everything.
