03 won't turn over.

Truck was just fine, went on a road trip then washed it off the next day. Blasted all the crap out of the wheel wells and then the truck wouldn't crank over. I assume I hit the starter with water but come on!! I turned the key and jumped the terminals and it worked fine. The starter relay works and nothing seems out of order. It will turn off with the key so I assume the ignition switch is okay. Any input here guys?
 
Where is the signal wire? I did not wash under the hood if that helps. It looks like all the wires are still on the starter.
 
Wires leading to the neutral safety switch were broke. Not sure why the scan tool showed all the functions there as working. This harness was put in last year with a new switch. Kudos GM, nice to know if we ever wanna disable a Dmax we just need a little water SMFH!!!
