I was trying to help a friend of mine today with his 04 cummins. He has a predator pressure box and a super chips tuner. He is having a surge or stutter any time he runs the super chips or when he runs the predator past 40%. I replaced the fca and that didn't change anything. I don't think its the cp3 as his rail pressure is not low. It actually seem too high for the tuning he has.
He has an aftermarket fuel pump and new injectors. I told him to check his grounds and to make sure the apps is set right. Any other suggestions?
