I have a friend that has a 2004 with 200k on it. When you start it and it warms up it sounds like a mis in the engine until it warms up. Then once you blow it out it ok for a few minutes and then does it again. We had a leak down done at the cummins dealer and the injectors are OK. No chip and the filters are new.
