05 has sulfur smell

I have had this truck for about a year. I changed the exhaust to an off-road turbo back system and added a Donaldson muffler. This eliminated the convertor. Lately, the truck puts out a nasty sulfur smell, usually noticeable when idling. Any ideas on the problem? Thanks.
