06 engine harness question

Is the engine harness the same on a manual shift 06 truck as an auto 06 truck?
 
looking to swap ecm and harness along with valve cover, rocker box, etc on my 05 to an 06 to run efi live. I have a harness but not sure which one I have or if there's a difference. My truck is a stick truck.
 
the engine side in C one in both manual and automatics are the same c2 is different though if I remember rightsee one is the one that goes to your injectors and your cam and crank sensor and coolant temp sensor and oil pressure sensor in the 06 and probably a couple others I'm forgetting
 
The harnesses are different. If you see a bunch of yellow and green, you likely have an auto harness.
 
Yeah you'll need the stick harness. The manual harness uses the VSS differently from the auto.
 
I don't think it matters, my buddy swapped his auto to a 6spd in his 06 and he told his turner and they made new tunes and theirs no lights on and it runs great
