5.9 short block out of 2007 truck. I bought the truck with the bad engine and decided to replace with a 6.7. Had 285k on it and original injectors, the #3 injector went bad and melted the piston. Truck was all stock and never tuned if that matters to anyone.
Also includes oil pan, oil pump, oil filter housing
I was told it was running when parked just had no compression on #3. It could clean up with just a hone but might need bored
